For an enrollment fee of $150, the Individual Soundness Plan provides over $100 of savings on the initial visit. The plan is for a period of one year, beginning on your date of enrollment.

Enroll your horse today and your equine athlete will receive a thorough evaluation by one of Surgi-Care Center's surgeons and will be eligible for additional discounts.

Plan Benefits

First Visit:
• Physical examination
• Active examination of the musculoskeletal system (including flexions)
• Four digital radiographs
• 15% off any additional diagnostics

Follow-up:
• Bi-monthly follow-ups with the attending surgeon via email

Additional Visits Discounts:
• 10% off all diagnostic and therapeutics performed at repeat visits
• 15% off elective ambulatory trip charges
