The Surgi-Care Center for Horses' Individual Soundness Plan (ISP) was designed to help you ensure the best care for your horse during the riding season.  Whether you want to monitor a preexisting condition or maintain proper care and health for your horse, this program is for you.

For an enrollment fee of $175, the ISP provides over $100 of savings just on the initial visit.  The plan is for a period of one year, beginning on the date of enrollment.

• Physical Examination
• Active Examination of the Musculoskeletal Systems (Including Flexions)
• Four Digital Radiographs
• Bi-Monthly Follow-up via Email with the Attending Doctor

• 15% Discount on Any Additional Diagnostics Performed at the Initial Assessment
