Our vision is to be the equine veterinary hospital known for providing the most compassionate and personal care for our referring veterinarians, clients, both horses and owners, while maintaining the ability for Surgi-Care surgeons and staff to have a balanced work/home life.

We will achieve our vision by paying attention to every detail when monitoring patients and communicating with clients; making every horse a priority no matter what kind of case; providing regular and high quality continuing education opportunities for Surgi-Care veterinarians and staff; and providing on-going open communication with the entire team in order to meet individual and team needs.  Staff will be competitively compensated and find themselves in a positive working environment, one that reinforces compassion for co-workers, horses and clients.
